How do I find my profile?
Once you log in on the website, your name will appear near the top. Click on your name and it will take you to your profile.
How do I upgrade from a non-paying member to a paying member?
To become a paying member, you must change your membership level. Click on the word “Change” next to your membership level on your member profile page. Then follow the prompts to upgrade to a paying member.
How do I edit my profile?
Once you go to your profile page, you can click the edit button. Once you are done making your edits, be sure to click the save button.
How do I add a photo to my profile?
Go to your profile page and click the edit button. Then click on the photo . The photo you want to use must be on the device you are using to access the website.
Can anyone access the member directory?
No. Only Staff Attorneys (both paying members and non-paying members) can access the member directory.
Who is included in the member directory?
All Trial Court Staff Attorneys in the State of Florida. Or at least, all the Trial Court Staff Attorneys FTCSAA knows about. The Association has registered all staff attorneys on the website to ensure everyone receives important communications from FTCSAA.
I noticed a former colleague is still listed in the member directory but he/she is no longer a Staff Attorney, what should I do?
Please email FTCSAA Treasurer. FTCSAA relies upon the Circuit Contacts and members to keep it up to date on Staff Attorney comings and goings. Of course, former Staff Attorneys continue to be members until the end of the membership year (April 1).
Can anyone access the Discussion Forums?
No. Only members can access the Discussion Forums. The page is not visible unless you are logged on to the site. Right now, the Discussion Forums are accessible to both paying and non-paying members. But starting April 1, 2021, the Discussion Forums will become a paying member only benefit.
How do I subscribe to a Forum? Do I have to subscribe to a whole Forum or can I just subscribe to a single thread?
You can subscribe to a whole Forum, all of the Forums, or a single thread. To subscribe to a Forum, click on the subscribe button on the Forum's page. When you click on the subscribe button, there will be a drop down menu and you can select how often you wish to receive email notifications regarding posts to the Forum. The process is the same for a single thread; you just have to go to the particular thread's page.
How do I change the frequency of email notifications for the Forums/ threads to which I've subscribed?
Go into your member profile. Then click the link for email subscriptions. Then click the edit profile button. Now you will be able to adjust the frequency of the email notifications. Once you make all the necessary changes, be sure to hit save before leaving the page.
I clicked on a page link and received this error message: Access denied (error 403), what does this mean?
If you are not logged on to the website, you will receive this message. Also, some content on the website is limited to paying members. If you are not a paying member, you will receive this message if you tried to access a page limited to paying members.
